Commissioning an oil painting involves very personal choices and achieving the desired image is paramount. Painting is by its nature collaborative between artist and client and if you'd like to discuss your goals we can arrange to meet on line or by phone to ensure a working relationship would be practical. Painting fees start at £500. The work can be produced from photographs and we can arrange this or David can liaise with your own photographer. It has been our experience that modern life usually makes face to face sittings difficult to arrange.

 

Framing an original oil painting can often be almost as expensive as the painting itself, and finding the right presentation is always challenging. We custom make our own frames from aged lumber, and paint or gild these as required. Size, as well as delivery, is no object.
